Hi, I'm Agnes and I am a National Certified Personal Trainer 

by the World Fitness Association.

As a qualified professional I have many years experience devising exercise programmes and instructing clients. Firstly, I'll assess your fitness and devise the best programme for you. I motivate my clients by setting goals and providing positive and encouraging feedback and continual development. We'll regularly measure your fitness to monitor improvements and adjust the programme as necessary.

 

But being healthy isn't just about exercise; I can also provide support and advice in many aspects of general health and nutrition. But of course, if I am concerned that one of my clients has a medical condition that could prevent them from safe participation in an exercise programme, I will recommend that they see the relevant health professional for clearance prior to exercising.

PERSONAL TRAINING

 

I am a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction. I motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Also measuring client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure  client's improvements in physical fitness. I may also educate my clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines. As a Qualified personal trainer recognize client's own areas of expertise. If I suspect that one of my clients has a medical condition that could prevent the client from safe participation in an exercise program, he /she must refer the client to the proper health professional for prior clearance.

PILATES

 

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility,muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

YOGA

 

Yoga is an ancient discipline in which physical posture, breath, meditation, and philosophical study are tools for achieving liberation. In my interpretation, achieving liberation in yoga means learning how to be present with everything that arises, whether it is pain or plesure, sadness or joy failure or succes.

Yoga is the ability to direct the mind exclusivly toward an object and sustain that direction without any distraction

Yoga is the physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India with a view to attain a state of permanent peace.
