The fact is I cannot begin to explain how much these Pilates classes with you have changed me for good! Just so you know, I have done Pilates before but it has never been so good. You make all the difference.
I really like the way you explain how and why each exercise needs to be done. This is so important for a somebody like me who is new to fitness and Pilates and started out with a single objective of losing weight. It helps to understand working on which body parts will help you with your objective.
But, do you know the best part of your coaching? You never rush into completing any exercise. Every time when we complete a particular exercise at a slow and steady pace, I get an opportunity to connect with my body and feel the amazing transformation my specific body parts are going through while doing a particular exercise.
And this makes all the difference! It not only helps me to enjoy what I am doing, but it helps me to reconnect with my body and my soul! :) :) Its because of you that I have fallen in love with fitness, exercise and wellbeing. Thank you is a very small word for how much I appreciate your coaching!
The two hours that I spend with you every week are some of the best ones in my weekly fitness regime and I so look forward to this lovely experience each time.
I am not just thankful to you, but I owe you so much more for guiding me through the process of connecting with and loving my body and myself through Pilates. Thank you so much for making me realise that exercise and Pilates is much more beyond losing weight. It is for building the core strength and creating a healthy well being for yourself.

I am currently coming for training 3 to 4 days, mainly I don't miss Monday and Thursday because of Agnes, those are the days only she is giving classes at gym, After I started attending her classes I can feel big different on my body day by day meantime the way she is couching us it's so smooth and bring so much confident that my body will be getting better shape, Now I can't get enough.
I enjoy exercising and if I miss a day I can't wait to get back. She is very professional, very motivating and even it's a group training still I have seen very positive, fast results. She always comes and check every person.The workout is different every time so I never get bored and actually I am always motivated to push by her many time, looking forward attend the next class on Thursday. Thank you so much for your invaluable support and we are very lucky to have such a wonderful couch for the group and individuals

Just wanted to say your classes are fab - very challenging (but fun too) which I love. You're always creative, which makes the classes so enjoyable. I always look forward to the neck pull at the end!
